Everyone says they know ball.

Playbook settles it with box scores. Eight real player-seasons, dealt one at a time — keep the four that actually scored the most.

A Keep 4 / Cut 4 card in Playbook: Marcedes Lewis, Jacksonville, 2012, with his full receiving line and Cut and Keep buttons.

Card 1 of 8. You see the season, not the answer — and each decision is final.

Why it's hard

The stat line is right there. It still isn't enough.

Every card shows the full box score. What it hides is the grade — the same fantasy-points math for every player, so a 1975 season and a 2015 season can be ranked against each other honestly. Era adjustment is what makes Marino's 44 touchdowns a cut and a 1970s workhorse a keep.

No trivia questionsNothing comes from a quiz bank. Every card is a real season pulled from real box-score data.
One grading ruleThe same scoring formula grades every season in a sport. You are never guessing what the app "meant".
Hard mode hides the statsName, team, year. That is all you get. It is the version people send to the group chat.
A new board every dayBoards are minted nightly and never repeat — once a puzzle has been the daily, it is retired for good.
Playbook's result screen: a final score of 1,500, six of eight correct, the board's top season, and the full keeps-and-cuts answer.

Every grade is revealed at the end, next to what the board's real top four turned out to be.
